Want to see the horses in person?
We love that people want to meet the herd, but the ranch is small and can't host casual, drop-in visits. The good news is there are three real ways to spend time with the horses, whether you'd rather ride, travel without riding, or stay and work alongside them.
Once a year, ride into the high summer pastures to find the Chaar herds where they roam. 11 days, on horseback.
A cultural journey through Bishkek, Issyk-Kul and the mountain valleys, ending with two days among the Chaar herds at the ranch.
Live at Chaar Ranch for 10 days, work alongside the horsemen, and be paired with your own Chaar horse for your stay.
On certain occasions, we're able to host a private visit, but we can't accommodate everyone who asks. The three programmes above are the most reliable way in.
